Product Overview

Mola (Molla)

The mola carplet (Amblypharyngodon mola) is a tiny, highly nutritious freshwater fish native to the rivers and ponds of South Asia. Exceptionally rich in Vitamin A, calcium, and iron, these small, silvery fish are traditionally cooked whole—including the bones—in crispy stir-fries, shallow pan-fries, or thick, spicy onion-based gravies.
