Product Overview

Keski/River anchovy

The keski fish (Corica soborna), globally known as the freshwater or river anchovy, is a tiny, highly prized schooling fish found in South Asian river systems. Exceptionally rich in calcium and micronutrients, these delicate, translucent silver fish are traditionally fried whole to an addictive, crunchy texture or cooked into aromatic, onion-rich dry curries.
